A fluent Cantonese speaker and a broker since 1996, Brian has been a worldwide top producer as well as an innovative marketer and savvy negotiator with a strong emphasis and knowledge of San Francisco Rent Control regulations and tenants’ rights issues. Brian is very passionate about his real estate business. He can tailor a marketing plan to attract the right buyer for your property.
Brian has 29 years of full-time industry experience, with specialization in mixed-use properties, multiple units, and investment properties. Prior to entering the real estate business, Brian was an estimator and project manager for CRSS Construction Management, Paragon General Contractor, and for his father’s construction firm in San Francisco.
Brian’s educational and professional background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Construction Management and a minor in Business at California State University, Sacramento. He has excellent knowledge of construction budgets, management skills for construction projects, and strong negotiation skills for owners and general contractors.

He began his real estate career in 2010 by flipping residential homes in the East Bay, eventually expanding into multifamily and commercial asset classes. In 2014, he joined his family’s real estate firm, where he managed a diverse portfolio including apartment complexes and office buildings.

She loves to work with people with different backgrounds. Her kindness, patience, and carefulness make her competent as an analyst.
Cassie holds an undergraduate degree in math, which she draws upon to extract helpful information from data and apply her problem-solving skills to find solutions to a challenge. She is thrilled to explore her career in commercial real estate with the LL CRE group. Her goal is to utilize her analytical skills to provide valuable insights into real estate investment.
